Lauren Maltby

Facilitator

Dr. Maltby is a licensed and board-certified clinical psychologist with a special emphasis in child maltreatment. She is also an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UCLA. Dr. Maltby's work in the public child welfare system of Los Angeles County has given her unique insights into the systemic inequities plaguing BIPOC children and families, and has motivated her to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion across settings. She participates regularly in clinical consultation focused on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion issues facing neuro-diverse clients, and serves on the Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Committee at her child's school.

A SPACE TO BE CHALLENGED. A SPACE TO LEARN.

Conversations on Race for White Allies equips you with the tools you need in order to be a confident ally and anti-racist.

Tuition Rates

We know not every organization will support professional development or invest in anti-racist work for their staff. We have designed tuition through our collaborative model that allows for subsidized tuition for individuals investing in their own professional development by those covered through institutional investments. This along with payment plans will hopefully help more individuals have access to the learning they seek on social justice topics. We also have tiered tuition by organization size to balance financial capacity in mission-based work. Community Builder is for organizations with operating budgets under a million dollars.

  • $495.00

This tuition rate is for people that are covering tuition on their own without support or investment from their organization toward their professional development.
